3. NFTs and Digital Assets

The NFTs listed and sold on Neonart Collective are digital assets stored on a blockchain. Purchasing, selling, or trading NFTs is subject to the terms specified by the seller or creator of the NFT.

4. Listing/Minting of an Art

Process of adding an Artwork or asset to a marketplace or platform for sale or display. It comes with a fee charge of 0.09 ETH per artwork or asset..

5. Withdrawal

Sales commission fee: A fifteen percent(15%) charge of the revenue generated from a sale. This is an independent fee, that cannot be charged from your profit balance. This is encountered only during withdrawal of profits from sales made.

6. Transactions

All transactions are made through secure payment gateways. You agree to comply with the terms and fees associated with any payment method used on the platform.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data for the purpose of providing our services. We implement security measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks of the internet.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (including NFTs, images, and descriptions) that you upload to the platform, but by uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content as part of our services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the future value of any NFT purchased on the platform. The value of NFTs may fluctuate, and you assume all risks associated with such fluctuations.

10. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon deactivation, you will lose access to certain services, but your prior transactions may remain in our records.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the new terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
